    Anyone Else Despise Non-Workout Days?

I wish I could workout 7 days a week. I absolutely hate non-workout days. I feel sluggish and very much like a bum when on the days I don't work out. And for some reason my diet suffers, too--it's harder to stay on an eating schedule or something. I dunno. But I hate days like today (and sat and sun). Anyone else do to?

I like a balance and to enjoy other stuff. I also learned being in the gym everyday doesn't let you heal or show results.

Well, yes, you need to heal and recover. That's the only reason I don't go to the gym 7 days a week. I enjoy other things too, of course, but I dunno...I don't like non-workout days.

Yes I hate taking days off especially if i'm on a cycle.

While off I only lift 3 sometimes 4 times a week.

I'll go to the gym and do something even if it's abs or cardio.

Just try and stay active and its a chance for me to see da honeys

I have such a hard time bulking that I'm scared to death of doing cardio so for right now--until I'm happy with my weight--I don't do any of it.

I definatly do, i only train EOD. However, i also over train very easily. Im suppost to do chest tomorrow, but may do my back instead because my chest is still sore from doing dips on arm day.

i don't mind the days off. i know they're doing my body good, and it allows me to get other things done like see my friends, play some soccer. my diet seems to stay in check even on rest days. my diet really only suffers sometimes on the weekends, cause its work (9-5, mon-fri) tht keeps my eating very scheduled

I hate them. I enjoy taking time off, but feel great after working out. I also wish I could train 7 days a week.
