Im seventeen, 185 lbs and here are my lifts.
Squat: 375 lbs
Deadlift: 490 lbs
Bench: 250 lbs
How is these lifts compared to the other guys??

My brother turned 15 in June. He going into 10th grade.
wt. 205 lbs. (187 for football) ht: 5'6
squat: 405
Bench: 205
Deadlift 415 for a triple (prolly 450 max)
He did a WSB training cycle when he turned 14 (12 wks). Then he did a routine through the spring andbeginning of summer like WSB except wks 9-12 were heavy singles, lockout, pauses and plyometrics and Dynamic effort. He took Last December off and between cycles he did a 3 sets 8 reps routine of whatever he wanted.
