    What to use to help cut

    Just wanting to know whats good to use whilst training and cutting? I want more definition so fat loss and lean gains are what I'm after.
    Currently finished bulking and now I've altered my diet and training to include 30 mins of cardio everday as well as lighter/higher rep lifting.
    I'm going to get hold of some clen shortly, I've just been using some fat burner tabs of aspirin/caffeine/effergin but I haven't really seen any results from them.
    So what do you guess suggest? as I've said I'm looking for lean gains and fat loss. I was thinking of using some kind of creatine as well - any suggestions on this?

    I just finished a clen cycle and loved it. Big ups to lion. But yeah got my body fat down around 7-8 percent plus My strength went up! All while on an 1800 cal a day diet on top of cardio 2 times a day. As far as doing creatine with it i decided not to just because i didnt want to look like i was retaining water. The clen was enough for me.

    +30 min of AM cardio 5x a week and 30 min post workout 3x a week

    So does that mean you're basically taking a PWO shake 50 minutes after your last set? (considering you go right from the weights to go to cardio then perhaps drive back home to take shake)

    Since you just finished bulking what does your new altered diet look like for your cutting phase? I wouldn't use any creatine because of the water retention.

    nah i have it right at the gym. but I take BCAA's and Amino pills right before the cardio

    Lipo 6 is good. The Synephrine ingriedient works for me.
