Just wanting to know whats good to use whilst training and cutting? I want more definition so fat loss and lean gains are what I'm after.
Currently finished bulking and now I've altered my diet and training to include 30 mins of cardio everday as well as lighter/higher rep lifting.
I'm going to get hold of some clen shortly, I've just been using some fat burner tabs of aspirin/caffeine/effergin but I haven't really seen any results from them.
So what do you guess suggest? as I've said I'm looking for lean gains and fat loss. I was thinking of using some kind of creatine as well - any suggestions on this?
