Hey yall... I just started making these in the morning.. I love em!!!
1 c rolled oats
1 c egg whites or egg white substitute
1 scoop favorite protein powder
couple almonds
dash of cinnomon
tbs honey
1 tsp sugar free fat free chocolate pudding powder
1\4 c fresh or frozen blueberries
put all ingredients in a blender (I perfer the MAGIC BULLET) and blend until a batter consitancy in reached. Use non stick FF cooking spray on a pan and cook until the outsides are golden brown and the insides are fluffy... Top with some cottage cheese and sugar free syrup and enjoy!!!
