I just wanted to check- I have been taking Test E every sunday & wednesday, 1cc of 250mg. (500mg a week) Should I just take one shot once a week instead of the 2? I thought the 2 shots would keep my blood and test levels normal.

I would just stick with twice a week. Your blood levels will definitly be stable twice a week and it cuts down on the volume of your shots

If you do Sunday at 9:30 am, do it up again Wednesday at 9:30 pm. Rock on!
