Dude we have heard this a million times here. Post up what you eat in a day and we will tell you where you are going wrong. And if it doesnt look a lot like this then there is your problem

    Meal 1: Pro/Carb

8 Egg Whites, 1 Scoop Of Whey Protein, 1 cup oatmeal

    50g protein / 54g carbs / 5g fat

    Meal 2: Pro/Fat

Lean Ground Beef, ¼ cup swiss cheese, green veggies

    55g protein / 2g carbs / 20g fat

    Meal 3: Pro/Carb

Chicken Breast, 1 and a half cup Brown Rice

    55g protein / 64g carbs / 3g Fat
**Disclaimer: Meal 3 can be a pro/fat meal if you are ultra sensitive to carb intake.

    Meal 4: Pro/Fat

2 Cans of Tuna, 1 Tbsp Full Fat Mayonnaise, Veggies

    60g protein / 2g carbs / 13g Fat

    Workout

    Meal 5: PWO Nutrition

2 Scoops Whey Protein / 80g of Dextrose

    40g protein / 80g carbs / 0g fat

    Meal 6: PPWO

Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, ½ cup Brown Rice (Measured Uncooked)

I eat eggs and toast for breakfast then a protein shake about an hour later. I have a small snack in between breakfast and lunchl. Normally some fruit or something. Lunch i eat a large amount of chicken, ham, or turkey along with a protien shake and some veggies. About two hours later i eat a pb and j sandwich. For dinner i eat steak or beef with some type of pasta and veggies. Before i go to bed i make a protien milkshake with some type of fruit in it.

Compare that with what Kale just supplied you...200 grams of protein to gain weight? hmmm Sorry bud...not close. Kale has given you GOLD with that supplied diet. Tweak what you want but keep those calories up and space out meals every 2 hours or so. The "diet" you showed us is nothing we can really work with because we don't know how much of each. Regardless of that it's not good...but you're here to learn!

Good job on that diet Kale..if he doesn't follow that then he's throwing away something that people actually pay for!

there is no need to break up meals into p+f and P+C meals on a bulk IMO jsut eat clean foods and alot of them splitting up your macros on a bulk means you have to eat 4000 calories of bland boring food.
