Calling all FATASSES. Fast Food. Is there anything good out there?

Ok bro's I came across this great chart today about fast food. Different items were classified and broken down from several popular fast food eateries. I know there are many people on this board who like to have cheat meals and some well just not as into bodybuilding as some others. Whatever floats your boat, but at least now you know what you are eating if you visit these places. I never eat fast food and no many on this board just as strict as me, but if you do have to well keep this thread in mind.

Is there anything that is close to good at these places? Is it as bad as we think...OR IS IT WORSE. Well prepare to be amazed...

Ya man you know Im the same way. Just thought it was a cool article I read so would post it up. The fat content in some of those meals are just retarded.

Actually a lot of the "bests" on that list are very surprising..I would think they would be much higher

Agree completly. Some of the best aren't that bad fat content wise coming from fast food places. Like the Grilled Chicken at Mcdonalds 2grams of fat.. I thought it would be alot more.

I figured anything from Mcdonalds would find a way to be crap. Well anything fast food scares me but occasionally-if the situation calls for it I'll get a grilled chicken sandwich from a fast food place and just eat the chicken

The subway hot roasted chicken breast isn't bad. I've done a couple of those on road trips. All the other stuff is shit though. The sodium content amazes me.

    Just be smart about it.

Grilled chicken hold the mayo... at any sandwich shop/burger joint is best choice.

The is always alot of controversy about tuna... But hold the mayo and dont over do it... you will be fine.

If you error on the side of maximum protien typically you will be OK... as long as we are not talking a daily habit.

I almost ever eat on fast food joints except a pizza every now and then. Tastes much better to do homemade burgers, homemade pizza ect

We only have burger king and mcdonalds of the above mentioned here in sweden. I personaly HATE mcdonalds. I cant eat the food there, I tried once and found the taste so disgusting that I couldnt even finish the burger. jesus christ there cant be any meat in those abominations.

67g of fat in a Dbl Whopper!

I went to a place in Tampa called "Evo" that had lean "steak"burgers, baked fries and smoothies instead of soda. it was awesome. they are looking to franchise and i want to open one in south florida as a silent partner, but need to find the "loud" partner.

All these sandwiches do not include dressing - on the chicken if you ops for mayo - calories and fat go thru the roof
