I was just wondering about any issues of negative feedback with hgh, is it supressive? Is there any known way to increase endogenous hgh production?
cheers

Intense weight lifting increases your natural levels of GH.Originally Posted by smileyguy
It is my recollection that IGF levels inhibit endogenous GH release, but I can't place the paper so that's just my fuzzy brain barking out the answer.
Yes. When you take GH, it will suppress your natural levels (if you take IGF it will also suppress your natural GH levels). If you're interested in trying something to increase your production of GH, you need to look into secretagogues/peptides (www.steroid-peptides.com ) sells several (GHRP-6, etc...)Originally Posted by smileyguy
Ok this is interesting. So my question is what would be better(advantages/disadvantages) if taking for overall health & preventive care aiding in a little fat loss, HGH or this GHRP-6?Originally Posted by Anthony Roberts
With the new high-dose HGH literature being published I suspect that many will start to run HGH "cycles" of 4-6 weeks and perhaps use GHRP as "PCT" for HGH.
It appears as though GHRP probably won't have the same effects as HGH, but for mild anti-aging benefits many may find it useful, with fewer sides. The true fat loss/LBM benefits are probably going to require levels only available through HGH.
The GHRP benefits exceed, but are on the order of the HGH releases due to exercise or taking l-arginine, which are good, but in no way approach true exogenous HGH level.
Ok so basically what your saying is stick with HGH?Originally Posted by vermin
Personally I have never seen results from GH releasers that come close to mimicing even very low dose GH. On the other hand, I have never used GHRP so I could not say if that would be a noticable effect.
you want the best results .. go with a quality brand hgh...
secretagogues do work, but not nearly as good as the real thing..
