    body fat again

    Ok. I want to get everyone's guess on my body fat? I am 5'10" 220 in these pictures. I am guessing 18% from the pics. Thanks.

    thanks for the replies. I have shaved before but the misses really does not care for it. after my next cycle of bulking I am going to try to cut down to about 12% and shaving will be in order. The only time in my life that i really was lean was without aas and I was 7% and ripped. However, I lost so much weight in the process that I looked like I was sick. I hope to do it right this time.
