i was reading the huge gyno thread and about letro. can the reversal of gyno be used just to get rid of "pepperoni nipples"? like if they are big and just want them smaller. can someone write me a reversal using letro but i wont be on AAS when im trying to do this. thanks yall.

I dont think Letro can make Pepperoni nipples smaller. Your best bet is to make your chest bigger so that its not that noticeable or your overall frame.
