    what the bad effect a man can face if he is not using pct at the end of cycle?

    What kind of question is this? Do you know someone that doesn't do PCT after their cycles? Is it you?

    yes you are right . in the past due to lack of knowladage about cycles and pct ,i have do this mistack in past.

    I know quite a few who dont do PCT and it hasnt affected them at all so far. Some for a number of years. I am not advocating this and I would certainly do PCT if I wasnt crusining. But who knows what the long term effects will be

    I mean yeah it wont happen after a moderate cycle if you let your body fully recover naturally..(take a year off after a cycle or so)

    But you asked what happens if you don't do it after your "cycles" implying you run several per year or so..in which case, pct is (like always) a must

    and about sides.. i dont saw anyone lol bt a few from my freinds have gyno ...

    i know TOO many guys that run little or NO pct...mostly younger guys that dont really know & dont really care..they will care in 10yrs. I say, you got PCT in order..they look at me like I have 2 heads & say yea man...I got 60x0. or I got 50 nolvadex from my buddy.

    if youre gonna post on a board that the only language spoken is english then i would have to insist on speaking clearly or make alot more sense then what that guy said

    If your cruising, yeah, no PCT is ok. If not....Thats dam right stupid and a clear indication you shouldnt be using AS at all.
