Been well over a year since my last cycle. I guess around 19 months or so. I had a little problem with a dead dick and what I thought was low test levels so I laid off after my last Tren/Prop cycle. I was weighing around 223 or so at the time.
I spent almost a year training for fighting MMA, but due to a recent injury and re-aligning my priorities, I gave that shit up and I want to get back to looking the way I want to.
So I'm 5'11" and around 190 and according to my recent bodyfat test around 11%, however I think I'm a HELL of a lot leaner than that. Maybe closer to 8% or so. I'm the leanest I've been naturally, I think ever. Abs, vascularity, etc...
The plan is the bulk this winter, and get my weight back up. All that training and fighting cut me up real well and I dropped weight just like a planned, but damn if I can't gain the weight back now. It's like years of lifting meant nothing and now I'm almost 35 pounds lighter and I have to start over.
SO... I made myself a deal, that I'll get back to 200-205 naturally before I start my bulking cycle. That might take me a very long time, because the last month or so I haven't gained a pound back and I'm eating like a horse.
Last cycle was Tren/Prop for 8 weeks.
Before that was a 10 week cycle that looked something like this:
EQ weeks 1-10 @ 600mg/w
Test E weeks 1-10 @ 750mg/w
Dbol weeks 1-4 @ 35mg/day
Test Prop weeks 11-13 @ 400mg/w
Then I have a bunch of previous cycles before that.
I'm sitting on plenty of EQ, Deca, Winny, Enanth, Cyp, Prop, Dbol, Arimidex, Nolva, Clomid, and HCG.
I'm debating whether or not to take the Deca instead of EQ. I haven't used Deca since my first cycle 6 years ago. Had great gains, but that's expected for my cherry popper. I'd like to stay away from the Winny because of my joints from all the fighting.
Thinking something like this
Deca or EQ weeks 1-10 @ 500mg/w
Test Cyp weeks 1-10 @ 600mg/w
Test Prop weeks 11-13 @ 400mg/w
Arimidex weeks 1-13 @ .5mg/day
Basic and fairly low dosages compared to my monster cycles back in the day. I feel that my diet, rest, and training regiment will be better than ever if I can keep away from injury and sickness.
Plan to get back to 225 or so.
