ANY1 experiment with only 1 pwo carb meal?

while cutting? I am a serious endo and wonder if I could have better results with only 1. I am under the impression that for atleast 1-2 hours your muscles will accept the carbs and not go to fat storage but I am not sure.

Are you talking about only one carb meal a day, being for PWO only? If so, I'd never recommend it. That would be a horrible idea.

it can be done, during contest prep i carb cycle and my rule of thumb is 3 low 1 high...on those low days i only take in about 100g of carbs or less...so its fine imo

yeah i agree here with 1buff, i really dont think its a good idea endo or not that really shouldnt matter you being endo just tells me the natural shape of your body. i really think you should up your carbs to about 300g a day and cut back from there to see what range works for you

During a big part of this spring the only carbs I had each week(except on the cheat day) was the meal imidietly pre and the meal imidietly post workout. Nothing else. Didnt hurt my strenght gains at all.

There is no reason(no muscle building reason atleast) to fill the glycogen stores quickly. Its irelevant to muscle building.
