16 PCT for 4 weeks



how long do i rest for time off until i can cycle again???

Time On + PCT = Time Off

Or get bloodwork done 5-6 weeks after PCT has finished. If you decide to cycle again, I doubt it will yield as many gains as the last. The more time off one has, usually, the better the gains...Dont ask why.
