i'm getting on the clen to rip up a bit. The stuff i have is a blue gel which is taken oraly. On the box it says 40ug/ml. So if i wanted to take 20mcg on the first day, how many ml would i take oraly?
Also could someone explain to me when i should be taking benadryl and how much?

You would take half a ml. 1 ug = 1 mcg
