    newest pic i have, dont have my camera near so i've only got one, me at 208lbs 6' tall ready for my test/dbol cycle yet?

    based on the picture u provided, i think u look good everywhere except for ur abs could use some work. the rest looks good tho, good arms, good shoulders, chest and traps....

    my chest is definately lagging i think, from a side chest it looks flat, could be because of higher bf though im not sure. But my abs do need work i was always afraid of the pertruding stomach and never trained them hard but now they have fallen behind so i shall start hitting them hard every two days im thinkin

    im actually in the process of changing it up and making a new one but it was a 3 on 1 off routine being chest/shoulder, legs, arms off back, legs, shoulders/chest
    with three different routines per day so i only did the same workout every 3 weeks but i didnt think there was enough chest/shoulder work since we put them together and only hit them directly every 9 days

    yea...although lookin shredded is cool i really dont care to be supper lean but with my diet structured the way it is i will slowly lean out

    yeah chest is lagging compared to your arms...im the same way..my arms build nicely my chest takes some effort

    damn man if your upper body looks like that at only 208lbs and 6ft then u must have twigs for legs

    well thx for the half assed compliment? i train legs as hard as i can for your information i hyperextended my knee a year ago tearing my acl, chipping cartilage and straining both lcls. so yea my legs are a lil smaller than i'd like but not because i dont train them because i cant handle it.

    it's no big deal if you have small legs, most guys do. unless you are bodybuilding or playing sports legs aren't important i guess.
