Is it swollen, infected, etc?
I could leave indents on my leg before, but that was a couple days into an infection.

This is an extremely bad sign, and highly indicative of kidney trouble.
See a physician as soon as humanly possible.

If you are retaining that kind of water you really should have your kidneys and a cardiac workup done ASAP!
