heres the deal my gf is starting a program because she wants to lose about 15-20lbs, im not an expert on diets for women so i was wondering if there are any ppl out there that have a good and healthy diet for women.
ps: shes not a powerlifter or a bodybuilder she just wants to lose a few lbs, so i have been encouraging her alot and i hope she gets the gym bug and loves it and sticks with it, but as for now i have her doing 3sets of 15-20 reps, her goal is to tone up and tighten a few things up any help would be great thanks guys cheers
