Cut down to 194 lbs just before the cycle started, after 3 weeks on at 210 lbs. So 16 lbs so far and not much water retention - been using l-dex as well. Strength is up, but will know more after tonight. Havent lifted in 4 days cause of work and labor day weekend. (Grrrrr, prob missed the best days of the cycle there)
Sides have been pretty minimal for the m1t. I am sucking down milk thistle, hawthorn berry, fiber, efa's, vit's, cranberry extract, etc every meal as well as loads of water.
4ad is energy in a bottle for me, amazing how much better i feel with that stuff. I wonder if my natty test levels are low normally cause it trully makes me feel recharged mentally & physically. This is only my 2nd cycle (1st same as current w/ lower doses may 05) but it does makes me think ahead to getting levels checked etc in the future.
As for pct, should I keep it at the 4 wk which is outlined in m1t faq thread or extend it as well?
