A trick I do to keep from cheating.

Something to think about the next time you dont think you can eat another chicken breast. There are people in this world who would give anything to eat like we eat, there are children who smoke to suppress their appetites because they're starving, they're are people so weak and hungry that they can hardly move. Actually, by the time I'm done writing this thread or eating my skinless chicken and flax oil, a couple of them have probably just died from starvation and disease/sickness. So everytime you want to give up and think that what we do is too hard, think of that life, thats what hard really is.

Thats why they say, "you dont know what you have til its gone"

To spend a day in the life of one of the ones who experience hunger, or starvation would change a lot of minds.

Like, I always say, "man I'm starving" or "Im so hungry"

I dont know what it is to be hungry or starving. God has truley blessed us with what we have.

Its funny. Being at a university you really see just how spoiled some kids are. I have no problem going into the cafeteria eating the same 4 or 5 meals a day (salad with 7 hardboiled eggs) and you just overhear all of these kids...this food sucks blah blah blah...when actually its not so bad and sometimes pretty damn good. Then you'll see them take their benz and head off to maggianos or California pizza kitchen with all their little firends and put it on mommys credit card. I mean lets just switch positions for a sec...if my body didnt suck and actually didnt turn everything into fat..going to the cafe for me every day would be heaven! Unlimited cereals...mashed potatoes..chickens...beefs...pb&j....pizzaa...MmMm m

People can't miss something they never had - this is the way i put thingsinto perspective.

We all havce our crosses to bear, some are just a lot more obvious.

I think we constantly need to be thankful, whatever trials you are going thru, you know there are other people that have it ten times worse.
