Me and my GF have been working out for about 5 years, the past 3 years serious. We have both gone natrual, less you count ECA as a true cycle. She has done a few contests, ranked 4th, 2nd, 3rd, 2nd. I have done one and ranked 3rd. Were getting ready for 2007 and feel that its time to step it up to 1st place.
Were intrested in var and primo stack, her more the var and im more twords Primo.
She is 29yo 5'3" 17%BF 135lbs
I am 28yo 5'5" 18%BF 140lbs
we work weights 3 times a week, cardio 2 times a week.
We have been reading about var, primo, and winny. After reading the forums here and the information pages through out the net we decided on var and primo. Looking at a 12-16wk cycle, want to bulk up more then cut and get vascular. What doses should we take? The cycles i planed out were primo 25mg-75mg (75 is peak and run for one week), var 5mg-15mg (15 is peak ran for one week). Then as a little 'PCT' wed do a quick 4 week clen t3 cycle one week on one week off to get rid of the last bits of BF.
