is it worth doing, or should u just run somthing like sust instead, which has short and long releasing esters?

well, test is test basically, only difference is long chains tend to hold more water and yield a little more strength gains. I've ran prop at the same time b4, I liked it alot because it kept my levels really stable running both a long and short chain, and I feel the prop gave me a quick little boost every week.
A prop kick start is great for the first 4-5 weeks of a test e or c cycle it is also benaficial at the end of the cycle to start it right after your last shot of test e or c and run it up to 3 days before you start pct.....
That in my oppinion is a hell of alot better than sust anyday........

so because i already ran 600/week of test e im just throwing this out as an example:
week 1-12 test e 600/week
week 1-5 prop 75/eod
would that be enough prop? or would u wanna balance it out more?
stats: 22yrs old, training 6 yrs, 208lbs , 11% bf, 5 10, 2 cycles( test e, var and winny)
Sure there is a benefit. Prop kics in around the first week whereas E or Cyp 33-42 days I believe it is. So use the prop along with the longer ester to help kick your cycle in. Also You could use it the last two weeks of your cycle and drop the long ester and start PCT 3-4 days after last injection instead of 2-3 weeks.
