1st was test cyp 500wk and Eq 400wk
bf 10%
diet 3750-4000 cal protein 300( clean foods)
train 4x week
rest is the only issue with 2 jobs about 5-6hrs wkdays
Goal add 10-15lbs little bloat, and maintain lean vascular and shredded
currently have
tren 75 ed 1-8
dbol 30mg ed 1-4 I know it adds water but it was dirt cheap n i dnt bloat easy
My question is should i run a long (cyp, enath)or short(prop) Test
