    What's Up....

New to the site and am glad to find a community of people who understand that roids aren't the evil they are made out to be.

I was really heavy last year, around 245 and I am 5'11. December of 05 I decided to lose weight and get into shape. I went on a hardcore cardio and dieting routine and managed to get down to 172 pounds in about 4 months.

I didn't know the values of weight training back then, I just wanted to lose weight. So I ran for an hour in the morning and an hour at night every day 6 days a week.

I was unhappy with my body being so thin and undefined so I started weight training to good results with a trainer starting April of 06. I did this for a few months and got real serious. I was always at the gym and I started eating healthier.

My trainer and I became buds after months of seeing each other every day, and one day he suggested I try Juice. I was hesitant, because of all the Afterschool Specials and stuff, but then I actually read up on everything online and saw that I was wrong.

I decided that I'd give it the go ahead and look up whatever it was I was going to start taking thoroughly. I also wanted to make sure I took every precaution to have this all be clean and sterile. I also suggested initial light doses to gauge my body's reaction. My trainer who had more experience administered the shots for me and I never experienced pain or bruising. The juice worked very well for me and I gained quality muscle. I was on an 8 week cycle and I am now an even 190.

But of course, what happens? Nearly 2 months ago, my trainer became unreliable and stressed due to his home life and trying to make it work with his old girlfriend (Who despises him being out with his friends because she thinks he's going to cheat again) so we stopped training and this ended my cycle. We are still cool, but I rarely see him.

So I have been working on my own at the gym. Which is fine because I know my way around the machines and shit. I am just unsure of what I should be taking right now. The administering part is OK with me becuase I learned what to do and how.

I just don't know what I should be taking.

I was taking Test, but now I don't know if I should start taking that again or move on. I want to cut the remaining fat I have and make my muscles stronger (Cut them up). Being big is always ideal, but I know that takes many years of hard work to get there.

Right now I am mainly concerned with being in the best, realistic shape for my frame. I just want a "harder" body that I can be proud of come Summer 07.

If anyone has any suggestions for a new guy who is really serious about this, I would greatly appreciate it.

    Thanks!

My diet is pretty good. I mostly eat meat and drink protein drinks. People wonder how/why I do it, but I'm used to it, especially if I am seeing results. I stay away from bread and rice (Eventhough it's hard because I am Latino).

    I am currently 5 foot 11 and weigh 190 pounds. I have a 35 inch waist (No 6 pack, it's a trouble spot)

I weight train 5 days a week for about an hour and a half each day early in the morning at 5AM.

I always target one major body part like Chest, Shoulders, Back or Legs, then do other exercises when I am done like Biceps and Triceps depending on what main target I did for the day. I always end every workout by doing abs because I am trying to get rid of the belly.

I used Test, both Prop and Cypionate for 4 weeks each. Started with Prop and ended with Cyp. I used about 2 CC's every Wednesday and then again on Sunday. (What my trainer recommended)

I am currently unsure of my BMI, I can check that out this week.

    Please explain PCT.

And thanks for the quick response man. I appreciate it.

Sorry to say, but your trainer is an IDIOT !!! 4 weeks of prop is not too bad if used as a kickstart, BUT if you only did 4 weeks of Cyp, then it was a big waste since Cyp is a very long ester and takes anywhere form 6-8 weeks just to fully kick in.
And if your trainer did not explain PCT Post Cycle Therapy to you, then he should be shot!!

PCT is the MOST important part of any AAS cycle. It is what helps get your natural hormone levels back up and running . There are forums here on PCT that is how important it is, it has its own forum.

Depending on your goals, I would check out the diet sections as well and see how you can better be eating for growth

I appreciate all the "Welcome" messages and advice.

Hey in this case I will learn from my past mistakes. Lukily I am not suffering from any crazy side effects (Knocks on head). And I still have a good energy level when I go to the gym.

I am reading through the forum posts and learning a lot as I go along.

This is a great site. And it's also cool that everyone on here is helpful.

    Again thanks.
