Im planning on running a lean gains cycle in the coming months of Test E 500mg and tren E 300mg weekly with 50mg proviron daily.
How can i best arrange my cycle and diet to get the best results. I have never used tren E before and was told its stonger than the acetate, should i up the dose a bit? What sought of diet should i follow to stay lean as possible and possibly loose fat and gain muscle. Obviously high protein, but what sought of protein and fat ratios should i be looking at? and with my daily calories, should i be just under matinence or just over?
