    Would appreciate any feedback. Have been training 4day splits now for last year or so and I weigh approx 180 pounds and am 6 foot. My body fat is around 14% and I have been eating like a horse for the last 4 weeks but my weight seems to increase slightly. I am training really hard and eating every 2.5 hours consuming approx 3500 calories per day of all the good stuff. My trainer has access to stanazol which I am considering doing a cycle of to peak before Xmas.
    If anyone has any advice it would be most appreciated.

    #1, how old are you? And right off the bat, I don't think you're big enough for your height, but that's my opinion. And that's a bad first cycle anyway.

    Please answer ALL the green questions below and we can help you better.

    Winny would not be the best choice for putting on mass.

    As skipp said, at your height, you need a better base to start using aAs. I would suggest closer to the 200lb mark.

    You may need to increase your calories, its simple math, calories in verses calories expended. Works the same for everyone.

    There is a terrific Diet Forum here that can help you put together a better bulking diet before you think about cycling.

    It is more than just picking a compound and sticking it in your body. You need to know what that compound does and how it effects your HPTA and what you will need to do to bring back Natural Hormone levels (PCT) once the cycle is finished.

    Please do NOT jump into using AAS and messing with your body's natural chemistry just because your trainer thinks you should!!!

    You came to the right place to learn much more than what your trainer thinks he knows, stick around and maybe you can teach him a thing or two!!

    Welcome to AR. I'm shorter than you and I cut on 3500 cals. bump your cals by 500 every week until you start growing.
