yea i know im not expecting to make any real gains with it with the low calorie diet just hoping to maintain strength maybe gain a little back. Plus its cheap and easy to get. Also taking a sup for the liver. Anyways todays workout

Straight barbell curls 3 sets of 6 2 sets of 10
preacher curls 4 sets of 10
cabel concentration curls 3 sets of 10
dumbell curls 4 sets of 10
Cardio it was nice out so i skipped the treadmill and ran outside just over 3 miles
Today was the worst day of eating ive had in prolly a few weeks didnt eat anything then when i did what i ate wasnt that healthy broke diet today
Meal one Protien shake
banana
meal two yogurt
meal 3 slimfast
meal 4 Protien shaked and left over baked beans
meal 5 Grilled chicken breast sandwhich with (fries)
meal 6 and 7 have yet to come
Man i gotta tell ya that rampage stuff works quite well. Ive tried a lot of otc supps so im usually skeptical but this stuff does intensify ur workout. Hopefully the superdrol will kick in soon. But like i said with the low cals not expecting much. Anyone ever used superdrol b4? if so did how did you break up the dosases. Right now im only usin 20mg thats two pills. Did you take them both at the same time or space them out?
