I just got my dextrose in today. But im confused on how much to take to get 120grams out of it. I'm doing 60grams of protein and 120grams of carbs. But it seems like I need to mix a wholeeeee lot of dextrose in each shake to get 120grams of carbs. Am I missing something? How many tablespoons do I need to get 120grams of carbs?
