i go to morongos in cali bout 2 a month...i usually come out ahead.....i can read ppl real good, know when theyre bluffing....well i am a psycholgy major

I'm ok at cards, I wouldn't say I can read people all that well but I'm pretty good at knowing what cards are out there can beat mine. But then again I'm not a psycholgy major but I did stay at a holliday inn once.....

I'm a huge poker fan. Every second weekend me and my buddies get together, about 16 of us (2 tables of 8.) Im not the best, I can make good calls, but it's just all around fun regardless of how good you are

first time i played in a tourny i won $650. i have played before with friends and online but in a real tourny with around 90 people i won

i first got interested in it playing with some of my friends

after that i started playing online and now i can actually hold my own... sometimes...

but i wouldnt play for real money... because i dont have any... thats my reason

i play alot of NL hold-em tournaments online, but i never go higher than a 6.50$ tournament. usually i go up about 50-100$ or so a week. i would like to play with real people more so i could get better at reading them. i am actually pretty good at reading people online just by the size of their bets and the time it takes them to bet.

one poker moment that i can think of was a freeroll tournament with 10,000 people in it. you couldnt win any money but the top 27 would go on to play next week for a decent amount of money. i played for over 8 hours and got 4th place. i felt great and was so proud of myself but then next week i finished 2,349th out of 3,000, so it was really just a huge waste of my time.

i used to play a few times a week in college but i really haven't for a long time. i'm not interested in gambling i just kind of fell into it and now i don't feel much pull toward the tables.

its not gambling its a competition....i know some ppl who can make a living at it...my mate at the gym bougt a new f250 and a hom down payment through poker career...he makes about 2 grand a week average

Lived in Fullerton, joined the service last year, but I go down there all the time. I usually go to Commerce, we only went to Morongo because not all of us were 21. I won a joackpot at Morongo when they had the old place down the street. 4gs off of 2-4 limit. I use to win about 70% of the time. I didnt play for about 9 months or so, and lost big when I started again. At Commerce, Morongo, and Hawiaan Gardens I lost about 3 grand. I havent won like the last 10 times I played. It is definately a perishable skill....
