im 20 years of age.
just finished a 24 week program, building up to:
100 push ups
500 body squats
100 pull ups
200 sit ups
30 finger push ups
and a 3 mile run
each morning,without a break inbetween each exercise.
as you can see from my exercise program im not a body builder,through out this time ive had no set diet, i performed this program to get core strength and really get some stamina!!!!!!!!!!!
i dont want to get big as in bulky,i practise kungfoo a few times a week,and have a keen interest in the art,i am fast and plan to stay that way,,
my goals are just to put on a few pounds on msucle and get ripped, solid!!
im about to start another exercise program,as well as carrying on the one ive been doing,, this new program will involve squats,dead lifts,pull ups,bent over rows, thats it for 4 months!!!!
concentrating on the big muscles as there the best place to start!
in this time im going to get a clean diet sorted!
now as i said at the start of this post i want to use roids,short cycles,2-3 weeks
for my goals what do you suggest would be the best for me,bearing in mind by this time i will have a clean diet as thats extremely inportant.i wouldt want to bloat up or anything,but ive noticed test has a lot to offer though,,what you think guys?
