    hey man first off whats are stats e.g cycle history age training bodyfat. it seems to much if this is your first cycle i would have just stuck too test e at 500mg per week

    bro with out adding to everything that has been said here you are putting the cart before the horse ..... I think that you need more time in the gym with diet and training before using AAS

    As for effectively utilize these compounds ........ research and learn test susp needs to be run ED and to be honest 2 times a day for efective dose..

    I was only 5'6 in 8th grade@11-10% bf and 176lbs. I still have my journal

    I knew I was ready because I had already been training for 7 years and had researched them for about 3.5 years...IMO thats ready!!

    You know you are ready when you can make your own cycle after reading at this board for over 5 months.

    you know every pro and con of the drugs you want to take.

    You know the pct,length and when to start

    you have hit a pleateau in training and there is NOTHING you can do to improve diet or conditioning....

    You will know because you will have a level of dedication that will render the best results.

    Seriously bro, I know its hard when the gear is burning a hole in your pocket but save it for a while and you will be thankful.

    step 1.
    post your diet
    step 2
    show us your training.
    step 3
    tell your source to shove it up his Ass. Test suspension is not a good first cycle drug.

    For a first cycle a long ester Test is recommended. That's it.

    With Test prop it is best to inject everyday at 100mgs/day or EOD.

    You know all AAS compounds & side effects

    PCT protocal and applcations

    have trained for several years ( peeking natural growth)

    Know diet ( your body)
    Bulking- cutting

    And than you will have a soild base...... and than comes a hole new learning process on AAS and you.. what compound does what for you ... what right diet do you need for any given cycle what carb amount did what protien amount was needed during cycles ....... what was the PCT that you keeped your beat gains ext.......... so just when you think learning and research is done THERE IS A LOT MORE
