    Your ideal(achivable) body?

    Post up a pic of what the kind of body you would be "satisfied" with. Something you think you can achieve.

    I wouldnt want a pro body even if I had the genetics to get it. This is probably my personal ideal body that is achivable.(the perfect for me unachivable body would be nubret).

    The only way is constant super clean diet, and maybe Clen and HGH and whatever else they can try to keep them ripped

    Yes, she's come a long way.. I met her before any of her modeling or photoshoots, pretty cool to see someone stay humble when they've come such a long way. Great genetics too and all natural, simply amazing.

    i dont know of any pictures. but i want to be 230 at around 7-8%bf.

    right now im 205 and about 9-10%bf. so i have a ways to go, but ACHIEVABLE...

    bojangles copy the link to the pic the thumbnail links to and put it betwen the tags
    [ img ] [ /img ]

    you can use those tags for any link to any pic and make it show up full size.

    I agree btw on the pic, that kind of body is awsome. Not to big or small, big but still looking athletic.
