    My crappy day...

Started out this morning when I got up. Did not want to get out of bed. Felt really lethargic and my stomach hurt. But needed to get am cardio done. Got on the scale, weighed 194lbs. A 4lb drop in a matter of 4 days. Got to the gym and got 25 min of cardio done before I got dizzy and nearly threw up. So I bailed out.

On my way home, got a call from my Grandma. My Grandfather was diagnosed with colon cancer last night. Don't know how bad yet, but the doctors are worried.

Get home, make my delicous tuna patty . 15 minutes after eating it, I want to vomit. Do my best to hold it in. Pre-WO meal comes around, 1 cup oats and 6oz chicken. Mix my oats with cinnamon and splenda, take one bite, and puked straight down the sink. Apparently, what I thought was cinnamon, was actually chili powder. That was enough to push my stomach over the edge.

Not to be discouraged, I make some more oats. Start eating it, which is now a very difficult chore, and I get a call from the girl I've kind of been dating. *BTW, she just got over the flu, so it's no surprise that I'm sick. * She failed her math test that I helped her study for. I try to calm her down, but she's crying. Actually crying. OMG.... not the end of the world lady!!! So as I'm talking, stomach starts to rumble. Looks like the oats and chicken are coming back up. I tell her "Let me call you back in one sec babe." She starts crying more, saying that I don't care that she's upset. I'm about to respond, when the vomit reaches my throat. So I snap the phone shut, head for the Porcelain God, AKA toilet, and kneel over it until the urge dissipates. Get up and wash my hands and face. Try calling the girl back, but her phone is now turned off.

So I'm trying to figure out my next course of action. Do I go and train? Do I stay home and try to get some rest? Dunno. Then I get a call from my neighbor. Looks like the family cat just got out and was run over. I go out, and the poor thing is literally pancaked. Probably from the garbage man earlier. So I use a snow shovel to scrape him from the asphault. I won't go in to detail here, but the little guy still had a little bit of life in him. So I had to put it out of it's misery. Oh, and the oats and chicken that I've been fighting from coming back up, couldn't hold it anymore.

    So here I sit..........

I'd pay $3000 for a Grandfather without cancer and a living cat.

Hmmmmm. I'm heading to the gym. If nothing else, it will help clear my mind. Besides, only 8.5 weeks left till the big day. At this rate, I'll get on stage at a ripped.... 130lbs.
