I never used it but i hear its best to do two times a day. Some people say you can get away with doing it ed but its not recommanded.

what about if i just had a shoot before every workout would that give any effects whilst on a cycle.

unstable blood levels,it has a 10 hour half life so anything less then 2xed is a waste IMO

they say that test suspension is one of the main steroids to cause the testicles to shrink ive never had this happen of any other testosterone.
