    range rover question?

any1 familiar w range rovers?? i saw a beautiful 2001 for 20 thousand cdn w only 70k on it. why so cheap?? i looked online and compared prices and that is the norm for a 2001. i think they are great lookin vehicles. i understand that they are v8(gas guzzlers) but i may have too test drive this 1.

    any feedback would be appreciated.

yeh in switzerland u see the best deals on range rovers dirt cheap cause of the rising gas cost... check it out.. i think its safe to say thats the reason a rich family wants to get rid of it fast cause they found somthing better... but if u do need to replace parts range rovers are real expensive iheard my family almost bought one.. but thats my ideal car as a made man

Theyre very nice cars. My dad just bought the 06' range rover sport. Its bad-ass it pretty much ahs everything you would ever need. But parts are expensive, thats why a lot of people lease em. Also theyre not the best on GAS

Too much to repair. I had an 04 HSE, and lemme tell you, it had tranny problems so I just did a quick fix and traded it in because they wanted $5K to fix it. I threw some $25.00 bottle of some crap in the tranny so it would quit leaking and traded it in.
