Torn Labrum looking 4 good MD in nj for shoulder surgery

Anyone please help me? i am looking for the best of the best orthopedic/ arthroscopic shoulder surgeons in NJ if anyone has had this surgery in NJ please lemme know what DR you used i am trying to do research and find a good one but i am not having 2 much luck thanks a lot everyone!! =)

Smart move researching your doctor.....

Too often we go to a doc that is "convienent"! Well, I did that 5 years ago and this past Feb. I had my second shoulder surgery! However, just as important to the doc is the rehab! Stick to the rehab and it will do wonders!

yea im trying to research a good dr im not having much luck.... nobody seems to know any.... but im definitely going to be checking out DR Sennett......all i wanna do is get my shoulder fixed by a good doc so i can get back in the gym.. =( im try and contact him within the next couple weeks and setup a consoltation n discuss some things with him and see if i like him... Try to get in contact with any pro or college teams in your area and see who their surgeon is.

I went the UPenn in Philly. He is the chief of surgery at Penn Sports medicine. 2 of my best friends had him, one for torn labrum, the other for torn labrum and torn / ruptured ACL

yup i got my DR having surgery on june 23rd for torn labrum/ longhead bicep tendon
morgan kalman clinic in Delaware i hope everything goes well after this surgery i am going to have 2 undergo one more to fix tendons near elbow so when it comes to injurys everyone dont push them aside and continue to lift you will only do more damage which will leave you out longer!! look at me for example i thought the shoulder injury was nothing continued to lift was doing biceps one day and i heard a pop and felt sharp pain near elbow and after that i tore more valuables so instead of one surgery leaving me out for 6 months now ima have 2 undergo 2 of them leaving me out for a year or so!!!! so get injuries examined by professionals ASAP!!!
