I was offered at work to relocate to a better area financially. I was getting a promotion and a substantial raise. Well i just found out I'm not getting the promotion. Not my fault I'm still next in line. The other guy has been her longer. But I'm still getting the raise.I'm kinda mad i wanted the promotion. But I'm still going to make the some money so does it really matter? I didn't tell my girl yet.

Start a business and when that gets up real well open a few more then quit your job. You sound like you could run a business from the posts I've read

It happens all the time bro.... but if if your boss or board sat you down and offered ... than I would question the change of mind .. but none the less the keep the raise in place i would be ok with that... and just know that still keep your work attiude high and posstive ..... next promotion run that may be even a bigger factor ... but tell your girl ...? You still have the raise

The 2 reasons I didnt get it was. I cant relocate to Dec. The other guy is available now. Also he has worked for the company longer.

She would do good, the girls would all want to look like her and she could sell them just about anything if they think it would make them look better. Feel free to ask me any questions you might have on how to get it started, regulations, wiring,lease rates, etc., I found out the hard way these lessons ps add a nail salon and you would do very well, just hire people you can stand

Thank you. I would appreciate that. Where are you located? A friend of a friend supposedly has the largest tanning salon on the east coast. Simply Sun i think it was in some tanning mag. I was going to try and pick her brain too as i get closer
