Ok... I need help with my back. I get these pimples or whatever the hell it is, some of them are getting pretty.. big I can say. I shower 1-2 a day, wear clean clothes, my bf is 15%, I scrub the sh!t out of my back ... so why is this happening to me ? I never used steroids. I have this only on my back. I have scars after this too, Its like the pimple is not there any more, but I still can see a red scar. This is ridiculous. Please help me get rid of this nonsense. It is really frustrating. I dont want to go to most radial methods right away, so where should I start ?

It sounds like you have a type of cystic acne common to some athletes. I had a few athletes that had something similar. The form im familiar with is caused by first common skin bacteria then as an the body tries to fight the bacteria the bodies own immune response causes the situation to worsen. schrubbing and showers dont help because it is happening several layers below the outside surface of your skin. The best treatment that I have seen or the only one ive seen I should say is Anti-biotics and acutane. works good but not without side effects of course. Actually my cousin had the same thing as I recall and he was on acutane and cleared it up pretty well. Webmd has a good listing on this subject too. good luck

Acne on the back, arms and shoulders can be the most difficult to get rid of. TheChosenOne over at AnabolicMosterz had good success with Steel Curtain as reported in his online journal.
