Front LOAD is a must imo
double up on the dose for the first week ant thats it
so theres no reason to take 4-5 servings/day for the first 4-5days
just use CEE
I am using purecee never take more than 3 caps and I get great pumps with no bloat.
if you are using creatine mono, load with 10 g everydya for the first 5 days
as far as i know, creatine mono (the old shit) is the only creatine you have to load up on. The newer stuff theyve been coming out with doesnt require a loading period...
