What to do with this flu??

What do you guys do when u get this test flu. Its my first cycle. Test E 250mg twice a week. Sunday was my 7th shot. Monday i got rediculously sick. I got to the gym tuesday cause i didnt feel all that bad but i havent really been able to eat without tossing my cookie. What the heck should I do?

Tossing my cookie? Does that mean sick? If so it sounds like you have more than test flu. Take a couple of days off training and try to get better.

Stay hydrated. Try to work through it and rest as much as you can. It should pass in a few days.

Okay, lets say it is Test flu. the elevated hormone levels in the blood are what cause it.. the body likes to run on a level of homeostasis, basically everything normal and what it is use too... so when the levels of hormones in the blood are elevated at a staggering amount.. the body sees this and fights it like it would a virus... which is to elevate body temp (fever) in order to get rid of the "invaders"... but after the body gets use to it... it goes away
