Anything that's a cash-only business, like waitering or bartending. Hours are usually in the evening, you get tips, and you only declare a small amount of your income on your taxes. Hours can also be flexible. If you're working in a club or a bar they probably only need extra help on certain nights.

What kind of skills do you have? Something I have done, but never really made into a business is build computers for people. You can search around and find dirt cheap prices, throw it all together, and sell it for a couple hundred dollars profit. What are you good at?

In Japan, the Ministry of Health needs caucasian volunteers for clinical drug trials. Sounds risky, but here's the sweet deal - every drug has already passed clinical trials in the US, is approved by the FDA, and is in use. The catch is that you can't have any food or drug allergies (hayfever is ok), they drug test so you must be clean, and you can only volunteer 3 times per year.
But it's sweet. I teach at a uni in Tokyo and during our summer break I volunteered and was accepted for a trial using a drug to boost EPO levels. Cyclists and triathletes use this to help increase the oxygen binding capacity of their red blood cells. For 10 days of sitting on my ass in a clinic, reading, watching movies, playing Medal of Honor, etc., I got paid $9,000 after taxes. A few more years of this and my 2 kids' college tuition is already in the bank.

Collect cans dude, we got a bum at my school named "willie the can man" who goes around to all the fraternity houses and collects cans, on a tailgate saturday, he rakes in 500 bucks!!! now deposit in Michigan is 10 cents, so its double the profit opposed to many other places...

Um...er...move? Good question. I don't have a clue. I can't recommend volunteering for clinical trials in the US or UK, 'cause those drugs are trying to get FDA approval. Several months ago, there was a serious incident in the UK and some volunteers died, went into comas, etc., after initial drug administration began. But the Japanese Ministry of Health (JMOH) is 5-10 years behind other developed countries with respect to pharmaceuticals. They won't allow any drugs to be tested unless these drugs have already passed FDA protocols and have been used for several years with no problems. And the dosages they use are really low, because Japanese (and probably other Asians) have very low tolerances for drugs, alcohol, etc. One of the docs supervising my trial group told me that they could use the data from the trials used to gain FDA approval, but the JMOH wants their own data. The foreign population in Japan is very low, so the demand/payoff is pretty good. Just a side note: the one drug that they did rush into service was Viagra.
