How long should a cycle last for Alb? I know it's 4 mg 3 times a day = 12
Should one build up to 12 and then taper off? I've read guys taking 12 from the get go. Alb is much safer than Clen with less half life but same effects

I honestly dont think it works nearly as close as clen does, thats just myoppinion though
