    Im really 18! 150 about 6-7% BF!

    I just need some help with my diet and most people in here are gurus but i dont know if i should follow most of these diets since there aimed for older guys! I just graduated and i was going to do a cycle until i read all the info yall guys gave me on here! It has scared the piss outta me so i think ill wait till im 21-25 then i should have way more knowledge! If someone could help id greatly appriciate it! Thanks

    Check out my Diet Spreadsheet v1.0....use the HB Forumla sheet, and it'll tell you all you need to know. Comile a diet on the diet worksheet, and post the output in the forum for critique...it's why it was created.

    post your goals, bulking?

    and post your diet. look at Johan's checklist for posting diets atop teh diet page "stickie" and then post it all boy.

    It eliminates the clutter with posts like these. I'm not flaming, especially since I just released it, but take a look at it and than post a diet...take a look at other peoples diets for ideas as well...

    I want to bulk obviously since im only a buck fifty! I printed out the "Unofficial How to Bulk" thread. So should i just follow that?

    I read to get a basic idea of your maintanence level you can that multiply your weight in lbs by 15, 16 or 17 depending on activity level. This gave me about the same maintenance level of carbs as the formula in the 'unofficial how to bulk' thread so now I just do that.

    yes, read understand where meals go/timing/how much etc.
    Create a bulking diet with listed macros for each meal and final macros.
