Bulking Diet With Lack Of Time In The Morning

ok the bottom line is i need to get on the proper diet and gain weight fast.i only weigh 165 lbs and need to gain but have little to no time in the morning to eat 10 egg whites or oatmeal (which i see is common on here) I need some recommendations on what i should be eating as a quick replacement.i love chicken and get my protein but am lacking elsewhere.any recommendations would be great.thanks

you think i have a lot of time with a dog to feed and making my 8 o'clock class? NOPE!! crack your eggwhites the night before or eat a can of tuna to make it easy....people make this much harder than it is.
If you don't have the commitment good luck hitting 170 soaking wet.

use your imagination. you were eating the 10 egg whites for 40 grams of protein. Think of another way to get those grams.

Have you tried them with cheese and salsa? THE BOMB!!

Get the fresh salsa in the refrigerated section of the market, way better than the dry shelf stuff.

eggs are a great form of protein, you should try expirmenting with different seasonings and hot sauces and im sure you will find a way to fix them that you like, but yes there are a million alternatives especially since you are bulking and have a fast metabolism. a can of tuna and a bowl of shredded wheat cereal with 1% milk, just use your imagination

The key to a successful diet is to have your meals prepared before hand. I grill up 12-16lbs of chicken at a time.

Why don't you post your whole diet bro. Your question is extremely vague.

Like said above, you are making this alot harder than it is. Bottom line is; if you want it bad enough there is nothing you really would'nt do to get it done.

We all pre-cook our meals and pack them etc for work, traveling, school...you are not an exception.

    Eat chicken instead

I premake all my meals the night before and put them in tupperware.. Setup a big cooler next to the kitchen counter for convenience.. It's nothing new to us.

Why is a steak/potato or Turkey + brown rice a bad substitute for breakfast, just get your protein and carb source in, eggs/oats are just convienent and known as a breakfast food so people eat them.. anything can be used in it's place.

cool thanks for the help.i figured i could just substitute with chicken and other protein but i wanted to check first.is there anything wrong with just eating chicken all day long for protein or do i need to mix it up for any reason?thats why i wanted to check since i only saw people eating eggs for breakfast.i could eat chicken all day long so that makes me feel better.

No problem with eating chicken all day.. just a hit on a the wallet. The main reason people add change it up is primarliy for taste. But if you can eat chicken all day. Go ahead. no problem.

Disagree.. Different meats offer different sources of micronutrients within the meats that the body needs to grow IMO. Ex: Steak/Pork/Lamb/Buffalo/Salmon all contain more fat than say Chicken/Turkey/Lean fish that are needed to complete a diet.. I've noticed personally when I use a variety of meats I see much better results and it is easier to hit my caloric needs because you don't need to supplement fats etc when you have fattier meats strategically located during the day.

well pork is cheap, ground beef is cheap, cod is cheap, chicken is cheap, tuna is cheap. That is 5 different cheap protein sources. Add eggs, beans and diary products into the mix and you have a multituded of cheap and easy protein sources to pic betwen

Bodybuilding doesnt have to be expensive even with a diet full of variation.

make some protein pancakes the night before. Search the diet/recipe forum for pancakes and you will find the recipe.
Another way to make food prep easier - get a girl friend.
