Just one ? - or more/less your opinion....I'm currently putting lean mass at a nice rate...abs are fading a tad, but still got the outline of all 6 and a decent etch first thing in the am (at night, foget it) I want your opinion.....
I drop the last weight at 615pm and get in a quick carb whey shake by 630...I have a solid pw meal at 7:15 (#1, is this too close) Then I crash by 900pm so I have a very small prebed meal about 845....cottage cheese and pb...I think it's ok, but it's about 150g of protein in a 2 hour time frame. Too much?
