Depends dude, is just the actual nipple bigger/puffier or is the gland underneath swollen/tender?

This thread http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=236880 has some good info on getting rid of gyno, but it may not work if you left it too long...and in that case you might need surgery.

UPDATE: looks like somebody's already pointed you to the thread whilst I was posting, I'd take that as sign that its a really good thread in regards to your problem.

its not under neath its not tender so i dont think its gyno just the nipple itself is bigger than nornal and a lil puffy just wanna no if i can take n e thing to fix it

First time I tried Nolva within a few days my nipples appeared to shrink and not puff as much in their relaxed state.
