1-12Test E 500mgs/week
1-6 anavar 75mgs/day

I would dol 1-5 at 60 a day but thats just me....not an expert on anavar but it gets generally mixed reviews

like the test e 500mg great BUT why anavar ?? its very mild I am assumining that's your kick start... how about PROP . Dbol( even though I hate it) IMO will make for a much better kick start.... also did you get an A'I like ADEX and maybe even some LETRO to have on hand just encase To see how you respond TO AAS but if all goes well that at least the Adex will help with sides and water

Id train naturally for a couple of more years until you have reach your full potential, your to young at the moment! at your age/weight and height you can pack on more lbs without AAS, diet is the answer i feel.

That's too many compounds for a first.

Pass on the kickstart (as V. said) Var is the wrong gear. Run it at the tailend instead, that way you'll be familiar with the Test alone (benefits and sides), and can better monitor Var effects.

you already ordered your gear? you should change anavar for d-bol or test prop....

I already have the gear and so these are the only two compounds I have.

I am not going to use Dbol because of everything that I read about it. Too many negatives it seemed to me.


I have letro on hand,
and have l-dex for the cycle

and have nolva/clomid for pct.

I don't know where I can find A-dex. I don't know if ar-r.com has it.

If you look at past threads, I considered prop but figured I would stay away from so many injections and the prop pain.
