Well I knew that winny alone wont make you lose weight, but yes I was asking basically if winny helped with fat loss in conjunction with a good diet and exercise. I was wondering because I got my first cycle of Test E and Deca, as well as 100 50mg winny's and some clomid. Everyone on here was telling me to get my weight down to prevent gyno and high estro levels before taking my cycle of Test and dbol. So I thinking maybe I could take the winny's first to cut some excess weight and cycle off those just long enough for the Test dbol cycle. Would that work???
