    Injured A**uctor...treatment??

I think i strained my a**uctor mucsle and i dont want to take time off from legs...whats the best treatment/stretches for this? i found a couple supine stretches on the net..what da ya guys think? possibly a chiropractor? it hurt when i do ANY knee/leg raise, along with that i can feel it even when i do a body squat with no weight...its at the top of the quad, near the waist...i dont want to take time off, i was thinking of doin wide stance squats to see if this will let off the pain... any ideas welcome thanks

a b d uctor or a d d uctor?? eitther way, a chiro isnt going to do much for this,(unless he practices A.R.T.) sounds more like a job for a massage therapist
