You should try and gain as much muscle and with as little fat as possible. Thus a clean bulk diet. Look in the diet/workout forum for info. I wouldn't worry about gaining fat at this point. It's winter who gives a shit if abs show or not. Put on a good 30lbs or so then you can cut in early spring to look good for summer. You don't look bad by they way, but you have alot of room for improvement especially on a 6'3'' frame. How long have you been lifting?

Read Up.
Learn some things.
So you can come up with your own diet to suit your own goals.
Saw....your post in there.
If you actually put in time to research , you should be able to make your own diet plan.
I am starting to think F*** this whole looking good for the summer. Gain all the weight you want over a year or two span. Then when you are happy weight/muscle wise where you are then cut down.
I'm glad you know how much time I've put into this thanksOriginally Posted by Hellmask

Find out what your gaining calories are (if you want to bulk) then eat that many calories. Use the diet section to tell you what to eat and more importantly when to eat it. The diet section has a lot of post on what to eat and what not to eat. Also check out the recipe section for more ideas.
whats up with this guy... do what everyone else does and read up in the diet section.. thats all you need to do.
thanks for the helpOriginally Posted by lifta_00

you need to make up your own diet so you will understand why you eat certain foods at certain times
the main rules i go by when bulking are keep your blood sugar fairly even throughout the day, although i do spike mine PWO. you do this by eating small portions of good complex carbs throughout the day.
make sure you get a meal with some good protein every 3hours or so
include at least a few servings of veggies in your meals
even if you decide to cheat dont ever eat completely useless foods like french fries, ice cream, potatoe chips....etc
just take 20min or so to read the stickys, then decide what your main sources of protein and carbs are going to be, then make up a diet the best you can and post it in the diet forum and a few people will give you their opinions on it. then you can go back to flirting with hellmask
This is what I'm talking about right here.. some structure. thanks dude and hellmask lol I think he ran out of comeback linesOriginally Posted by zodiac666

doubtful your going to find someone to post a perfect diet for you, that's why people get paid to do that stuff. but there are some general rules you could start off with. since you've never had a structured diet before, it may seem difficult to eat 6 or 7 meals in a day, so honestly start with 4 or 5 as long as their of good quality, then work your way up. my meals are simple as they consist mostly of lean ground beef, chicken breasts, tuna, tilapia, and egg whites. then pick your carb sources depending on your goals, but try and stick with low gi carbs to maintain blood sugar as zodiac said. the main thing will be consistency, you have to do this EVERY DAY. guarantee in 6 weeks you'll notice a difference.
Thanks!! eating 6-7 meals a day wont be a problem for me. I have appetite man! Where can I find someone to make me a diet for $?Originally Posted by Andorious
